As per rules of Govt. of Tamilnadu examinations are conducted, Promotion of student will be on the basis of the notification of the Dept. of Education Govt. of Tamilnadu.
If a student remains absent for any test/examination NO re-test/ re-examination will be conducted. In case of illness, medical certificate is to be produced. Without valid reason if he/she will be penalized as per Govt. rules.
If a student remains absent for one or more subjects then he/she will not get a rank for the test/examination.
Any sort of malpractice during test/examination will be severely dealt with.
Severe action will be taken against tampering with test/examination/question paper, answer sheet, report card, etc.,
The report card (test & examination) must be duly signed only by the Parents/ Guardian whose signature is present in the specimen signature column of the handbook.
Any sort of complaint regarding the answer sheet should be brought to the notice of the Class Teacher/ Headmistress already.
The result of the test/examination will be withheld if there are any complaints or dues to be settled.
A student, who shows no signs of academic progress consecutively for two years, is liable to be removed from the school.
